Why BOOM?
I want to build a cohort of young professionals who are willing to give back and make a difference. Ultimately, my dream is to build a nation-wide network of "alumni" who are willing to serve as mentors and resources to future early careerists. BOOM COACH is going to launch the careers of young professionals all over the country and revolutionize the way we develop young talent.
Why Me?
I'm an early careerist myself and know what it's like to hunt for a job in this economy. I was hired at my first job out of school in 2014, and was selected out of a pool of over 100 applicants. In just 2 years I've applied for 3 promotions and been hired for every one - and upped my income 3X in the process.
